Homemade Chocolate Cake Recipe || English Hindi || Easy To Make

 Here's a simple recipe for a chocolate cake:

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, whisking constantly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  6. Stir in the hot water until it is fully incorporated into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans, dividing it evenly between the two pans.
  8. Bake the cakes for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  9. Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Once cooled, remove the cakes from the pans and place one cake on a cake stand or serving platter.
  11. Spread a layer of frosting over the top of the cake, then place the second cake on top of the frosting.
  12. Spread another layer of frosting over the top and sides of the cake.
  13. Decorate the cake with your preferred toppings, such as shaved chocolate or fresh berries.
  14. Serve and enjoy your delicious chocolate cake!

Note: For the frosting, you can use your favorite recipe or try a simple buttercream frosting made with butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
